What we do
Lead Advocate
Supports victims of crime and tribal members in state and tribal court proceedings. Legal advocacy for crime victims to avoid re-victimization and supporting resource for emergency and legal issues. Assist in submission of legal documents to courts and represent families in need of legal assistance.
Safe Exchange Advocate
The advocate ensures children can visit with their non- residential parents and family members in a supervised setting at designated locations or in an unsupervised setting by facilitating conflict free visits between residential and visiting parents/family members, while also connecting families to needs based services internally and externally.
